The Butterfly Push Up - great for ladies and gents

Ladies can use this exercise with both hands on the floor. Ensure the back is kept straight and the abs are tight. Once you can perform 20 perfect reps then move onto the full push up.

Gents can perfect their one armed push up by using this variation. Keep the elbow tucked in tight and the hand in the same position as a regular push up NOT in the centre of the body. Once you can perform 15 perfect reps move onto the full one armed push up.
