The Deck Squat - taking the squat to next level
Once you have perfected the Deck Squat you can start to integrate it with other exercises.
Some of my favourite Deck Squat workouts include:
1. Double Handed Kettlebell Swings x 50 reps 2. Deck Squats x 10 reps Repeat 3-5 circuits
You can also replace the above swings with either Kettlebell Snatches or High Pulls.
